We will accept return of items within 30 days of purchase. Exclusions apply.

We will accept returns of unopened paint (excluding Sample Pots) within 30 days.

All wallpaper sales are final.

We will send you a return label and our policy is to deduct any return shipping costs from your refund.

Please read the appropriate product advise sheet before applying your paint or wallpaper.

Warranty provided by Farrow &Ball is invalidated if not applied in accordance with their instructions (including the use of the correct primer/ undercoat for your paint).

Farrow & Ball paints are delivered on the 3rd working day after order. Example: If you order on a Weds, you should receive your paint on Friday and if you order your paint on Thu, you should receice your paint on Monday.

Farrow & Ball wallpapers are typically dispatched within 15 working days.

Farrow & Ball paints are shipped by FedEx within 3 working days. You will receive an order confirmation and you will receive a tracking update, usually within 24hrs.

Overnight paint delivery is available for orders placed before noon (EST) on Mon-Thu.

Furniture shipping will be handled individually.

Fine art will be shipped with the utmost care and consideration to the piece.
